Why am I getting an “Invalid barcode" message?

Please "check product eligibility" of the offer you will find at the bottom left in each offer. That way, you will make sure you get the right product before you actually purchase it. 

If you believe your product is mistakenly being rejected, please send us an email to contact.uk@shopmium.com with a full picture of the receipt, product and barcode.
