My cashback was refused: why?

Your cashback can be refused for several reasons:
- you sent back part of or your entire order
- you cancelled your order
- you used a promo code
- you paid your entire order with a gift card or voucher
- you didn't pay for your order online
- you checked another website when making your purchase
- you didn't respect the retailer's cashback terms and conditions
