Why is my purchase not showing on my account?

As long as you made your purchase via your Shopmium app and that your cashback was correctly activated, we should get all the information we need to track your purchase. This can take up to 7 days to appear in the section "My Purchases" of your Shopmium account - the delay depends on the retailers.

If you still can't see anything on your account 7 days after your purchase, please can you send us the confirmation email you received after placing your order so we can launch an investigation 🕵️
